🏠 For Buyers

How do I search for properties in a specific area?

Use the search bar on our homepage or in the search page. You can filter by region, district, locality, city, price range, property type, and number of bedrooms. Our advanced filters let you narrow down to exactly what you're looking for.

Are the listings verified?

We manually review every listing and mark verified ones with a badge. However, we strongly recommend you conduct your own due diligence — including a title search at the Lands Commission — before making any payment.

How do I contact an agent about a property?

Click on any listing to view full details. You'll see the agent's contact information including phone, email, and WhatsApp. You can also send an enquiry directly through the listing page.

What documents should I check before buying land in Ghana?

Always verify: (1) Land Title Certificate, (2) Indenture/Deed of Assignment, (3) Site Plan, (4) Building Permit, and (5) Land Commission Search Report. Engage a licensed lawyer — never pay without verifying ownership.

🔑 For Renters

How much advance rent is standard in Ghana?

The Rent Act 1963 caps residential advance rent at 6 months, but many Accra landlords ask for 12–24 months. Negotiate where possible and always get a signed tenancy agreement and receipts.

What happens if my landlord refuses to refund my deposit?

File a complaint with the Rent Control Department (free of charge). Bring your tenancy agreement, payment receipts, and any correspondence. They can mediate and order a refund.

💼 For Agents & Agencies

How do I become a verified agent?

Upload your professional license (GREPA or Real Estate Council of Ghana) plus a government-issued ID in your profile settings. Our team verifies within 48 hours and your listings will display a verified badge.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a secure reset link within minutes.

What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?
