More than 30 of the territory’s top professionals have been recognised by the Real Estate Institute of the ACT (REIACT) in its annual Awards for Excellence.
The awards celebrate their achievements, commitment to innovation, and contribution to clients, communities and the broader ACT property market.
The awards are also a time to acknowledge the changes within the industry and the challenges the market continues to present.
“We’ve dealt with a slower market, increasing compliance obligations, rising business costs and clients who, understandably, are feeling the pressure of the cost of living,” said REIACT chief executive Maria Edwards. “There are plenty of things our industry cannot control. But what continues to impress me is the way this industry adapts, keeps turning up and continues to do the work.”
